Deposit - Cancellations
A deposit of one night is required to
confirm requested accommodation services.
Full payment is required no later than
March 5th, 2004.
Written cancellation received before March 4th, 2004: no cancellation fee.
Written cancellation received between March 5th and May 3rd, 2004: 50% cancellation fee.
Written cancellation received after May 5th, 2004: 100% cancellation fee.

Transportation
The Macedonia Airport of Thessaloniki is serviced by most leading airlines, so it is easy to reach Thessaloniki from any major city. When you land, you are only 85 minutes away from Hotel Porto Carras.
There will be free of charge shuttle service (airport to the conference centre and vise - versa) for all participants who arrive at Thessaloniki's airport on June 3rd, depart June 6th 2004 and book their itineraries with the Congress Secretariat Triaena Tours & Congress.

In principle, all people visiting to Greece must hold a valid passport. For any other information please contact your nearest Greek embassy. The congress cannot intervene in this respect.
